Air Mats

Inflatable mats are recommended for all kinds of floor exercices. Once upon is inflate you can decrease or increase the pressure according to the uses and gymnast weight.

These Air mats makes your jumps higher allowing you to make somersaults and similar exercises easily.

On the other hand Air mats increase your technique and decreasing the chance of injuries. We can also use it in swimming pools.
